My Story

I've been where you are.

I struggled with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and the trap of excessive exercise. I know what it feels like to be exhausted by the noise around food and fitness.

Studying Sports Nutrition changed everything — not just academically, but personally. I learned how to fuel for performance and for satisfaction. I found the body I actually wanted, without sacrificing the life I love.
